Pouilly-Fuissé 2005 Vintage.

Robe : Rather strong pale gold, brilliant, with glints of gold.
Nose : Intense and typical, offering successively white flowers, minerals, a light touch of honey and a hint of butter brioche.
Palate : Well structured with relief and balance, also offering aromas of white flowers and flint. The aftertaste is characterized by soft spices with a good length in mouth.

This wine is very representative of the Pouilly-Fuissé AOC (Protected Designation of Origin).

A recent appellation, created in 1971, it is produced on 1.10 hectares, divided into two sectors;

Saint-Véran 2006 Vintage

Robe: strong pale gold with glints of gold.
Nose: Hints of yellow flowers and crystallized lemon, and to a lesser extent: rose and a hint of coal.
Palate: It has character, quite vinous already, with a dominant mineral hint.

Mâcon-Villages Blanc 2006 Vintage.

Robe: Very brilliant pale gold with glints of yellow.
Nose: Rather intense, it can be qualified as spring like as it reveals hints of yellow and white flowers on a slightly peppered and mineral background.
Palate: Awakened by a good material sensation, the aromas perceived with the nose can be found in the retroolfaction.
